About Us

Representative Director CEO
Kana Okada
Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Letters, Department of Sociology. Joined Google as a new graduate and conducted marketing support for over 300 companies ranging from SMEs to large enterprises. After obtaining an MBA at INSEAD in France, engaged in strategy and marketing for new businesses at Amazon before assuming the position of Representative Director at KAGUYA.

Tech Lead
Shotaro Kadoya
Ph.D. in Engineering from the Graduate School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo. After serving as a research assistant professor there, he began his career as an engineer. He leads the design and development of RAG systems for products such as “V-Talk.”

Head of Business
Ryo Kakurai
After an internship at Uber, he joined ByteDance Japan as a new graduate. Following work on TikTok's video content strategy and marketing for new features, he led marketing at the Japan office of a Singapore-based company.
Technical Advisor

Technical Advisor
Soichi Sumi
Completed a master's in Computer Science at Osaka University. After product development at Recruit, he joined the fintech startup Ginco as a founding engineer, served as tech lead, and headed the platform division—achieving a 40% reduction in system costs (¥120M/year) and roughly 80% performance gains. In February 2025 he founded LeapInsight Inc., providing generative-AI-powered business automation and software engineering services.
