Engineer Intern
A long-term internship where you build client business systems and our in-house AI SaaS together with coding agents such as Claude Code. Rather than how much experience you have, we look for people who build quickly and accurately with agents and keep improving how we develop.
Remote or our Daikanyama office
4+ days per week (flexible hours)

What You'll Do as an Intern
You will work on client-facing web applications, business systems, and our in-house SaaS, owning your assigned features from design through implementation and testing together with coding agents.
- Feature development for client-facing web applications and business systems (from front end to APIs and databases)
- Implementation, testing, and refactoring with Claude Code and similar agents
- Improving how we develop (CLAUDE.md, skills, hooks, verification scripts, automating repetitive work)
- Writing tests, taking part in code review, and documenting design decisions

Skills & Experience You'll Gain

Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate student (any year)
- Able to take part 4+ days per week for at least 1 year
- Has designed and built a web application with a coding agent such as Claude Code (submit the repository or public URL of what you built)
- Fundamentals in TypeScript or Python, with the ability to read, verify, and fix an agent's output yourself
- Able to resolve unclear requirements through your own questions and proposals, and deliver by the deadline
Nice to Have
- Experience refining how you use agents themselves, such as CLAUDE.md, skills, hooks, or subagents
- Development experience with React / Next.js or on GCP / AWS
- Experience building tools that automate repetitive work and getting others to use them
- Output such as hackathons, OSS contributions, technical blogs, or talks
